YOGA IN WEST AUCKLAND
Yoga based in West Auckland that is tailored over time to suit your individual needs; physically, psychologically, emotionally and spiritually. This practice is a slow flow, deeply connected to the breath, encouraging self awareness to support you in decisions to either move towards powerful poses or embrace compassion to self and modify or rest. It offers affirmations to support mental health and breath connection to support rest and peaceful sleep. Come and join this practice of connection, to others, to the body, breath and the compassionate self.

Yoga in West Auckland at the Titirangi Beach Hall followed by a sit and chat at Stripe cafe, Come and move slowly into poses, taking your time to breathe and connect with your body, spirit and mind. After the physical practice take affirmations to support mental health and build confidence.
WEDNESDAY 7:15 PM - 8:30 PM
An extended class held in West Auckland at the Titirangi Beach Hall supports rest and sleep. Slowly flow and hold poses, move at your own pace to challenge yourself or show compassion and rest. Listen to your body, calm your busy mind and following the physical practice take affirmations to support mental health and well being and provide deep sleep. A yoga practice suitable for beginners to support health, strength and rest.
