Yoga tailored over time to suit your individual needs, physically, psychologically, emotionally and spiritually. This practice is a slow flow, deeply connected to the breath, encouraging self-awareness to support you in decisions to either move towards powerful poses or embrace compassion to self and modify or rest. Be gently introduced to sound for healing in the form of Aum/Om or continue to enjoy this practice if you are already comfortable with it. Come and join our yoga community and connect, to others, to the body, breath and the compassionate self.
Come along to any of my group classes. I offer classes at Titirangi Beach Hall on Tuesday morning for a slow start with some time to chat, or Wednesday evenings for a longer Savasana to really chill and unwind. . This setting is surrounded by sea and forest and provide a chance to really connect, strengthen, stretch, and find some space.
Alternatively I teach at 2 popular gyms in the standard 1 hour format and offer opportunities to extend the physical practice or modify and connect with the spiritual practice. All of my group classes have the option to join an Om at the end.
There is a variety of reasons that you may choose Private sessions. They can be perfect if you're new to the practice, if you want to deepen your current practice or if you are recovering from an injury or addressing tendencies that need close attention. It may even simply be that you feel more comfortable practicing in the familiar environment of your home. You can even talk to other members of your family or friends to organise a small group teaching environment within your home. Come and join us for Chat day Tuesday. A yoga that starts slow because we all need 5 minutes to chat and settle into the space. Feel free to arrive 5 minutes early and leave a few minutes late as we all enjoy some space together. Titirangi Beach Hall is a space deeply connected with nature, from its wooden floors resting close to the earth to the view of the sea and the trees from its windows. Come and flow gently with the breath. Finding connection with this community of people, the environment that surrounds you, the breath, body, mind and spirit. Prepare through movement and breath for a savasana nestled under beautiful NZ made blankets before finishing your practice with the healing vibration of Aum.

Practice within this grounded space with the moonlight touching the water outside the windows. Flow gently with the breath and listen to the wisdom of your body as it guides you to either modify and rest or find more powerful poses. Candles will light the room and in winter heaters will keep the space warm and cosy as we journey towards a deeply relaxing Savasana under colourful NZ made blankets followed by a meditation within the vibration of our resonant Aum practice.
